The Vancouver Cleaning Cooperative is disrupting the cleaning industry. We are sweeping away the exploitation of janitorial workers who are often racialized women working in terrible conditions. The Cleaning Coop is a fresh alternative offering an ethical choice for your next professional cleaning service. We don’t compromise on our standards of employment nor on the service we provide to our clients. We believe we can all do better for each other.

We are committed to paying each other a real living wage via fair income distribution, including a percentage of profits built into our hourly pay structure, plus benefits. We are taking the idea of a living wage into our own hands.
