What tasks did they complete?
Did they finish tasks in the given time?
Did they ask for help if needed?
If they finished early, did they offer to help others?
Did they ask questions, accept feedback, and follow instructions?
How did they react to feedback? (Open or defensive?)
How did they speak with you, the client, and other team members?
(Note if language barriers affected communication. This is not a reason to reject them, but you may need to give extra support.)
Did they ask any questions (about pay, rules, or policies)? If you didn’t answer during the trial, follow up later.
Do they need more training? Recommend specific videos or resources to help them continue their learning.
