At The Cleaning Coop, we recognize the hard work and dedication of our members. To ensure a balanced work-life environment, we are committed to providing our members with the opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved vacation.

Vacation Eligibility and Period:

All cooperative members are entitled to a vacation period each year, the length of which is determined by their tenure and position within the cooperative, in accordance with our internal policies.

Vacation requests of 3 days or more must be submitted at least 1 month in advance.

Short time-off requests (1–2 days) or changes in availability must be submitted at least 1 week in advance.

Selection Criteria:

Vacation slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, priority may be given based on tenure, operational needs, or in special circumstances at the discretion of the administrative team.

To ensure uninterrupted service to our clients, members are not permitted to take vacations simultaneously. Only one member may be on vacation at any given period.

Approval Process:

The administrative team will review vacation requests in the order they are received and based on the selection criteria outlined above.

Members will be notified of the approval or any necessary adjustments to their vacation requests within one week of submission.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

If a member needs to reschedule or cancel their approved vacation, they must notify the administrative team at least two weeks in advance via this form.

Rescheduled vacations are subject to the same selection criteria and availability of slots.
