For first-time clients, we usually recommend beginning with a deep clean to set a solid baseline. It’s similar to a regular clean but allows extra time to get everything caught up!

After that, we can transition to regular maintenance cleans based on the needs of the space and your budget, or you can simply book whenever you feel a clean is needed.

Initial Deep Clean
Rate: $55 per labour hour + 5% GST
Timeframe: 6–7 total labour hours (with two cleaners, approximately 3–3.5 hours onsite)
Estimated Total: $330–$385 + 5% GST

(This estimate depends on the size and condition of the space. We’ll be able to provide a more accurate estimate after you’ve completed our request form.)

During the deep clean, we’ll focus on the kitchen, bathroom(s), bedroom(s), all surfaces, baseboards, and floors. Appliances can be included if time allows.

We bring all of our own supplies, so there’s nothing you need to provide.

Patio areas can also be included upon request.
